Eran Sotil

Eran handles commercial law, accompanies start-up companies, and provides ongoing and specific services to leading companies in local and international transactions, including inter alia, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and contracts with employees and service providers.

Furthermore, Eran provides services in the field of registration, management, and database security, following the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and worldwide privacy regulations, as well as comprehensive intellectual property services, including registration and protection of trademarks in Israel and abroad.

Eran is married to Tony and a father to Romy and King Pablo (his royal dog). During his free time, he practices CrossFit, and as a football enthusiast, he follows the Israeli team Maccabi Haifa.
