David Benisty

David specializes in corporate governance, corporate law, and securities, as well as initial public offerings (IPO), mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, consulting, and ongoing legal support for public and private companies.

In addition, David advises both international and local clients on commercial subjects (including technology, regulation, investment agreements, funds, etc.).

David lives in the moshav (even though he is a “city man” at heart), loves restaurants, and tries to find time for strength training, swimming, and tennis. If David is not in the office, he is most likely in one of the nurseries in the Sharon, buying a new plant for his garden.
