Yoav Erben

Yoav Erben has extensive experience in Israel and abroad, accompanying complex commercial and real estate transactions, yield assets, land, apartments, combination transactions, and more, both at the behest of the project entrepreneur and as a consultant and accompanying attorney for the project participants.

Yoav represents, advises, and accompanies commercial and private entities in real estate transactions. Yoav is consulting and advising contractors and entrepreneurial companies from the preliminary stage of the due diligence procedure, the commercial relationship, the escrow agreements with the financial institutions to the execution of a project, the preparation of sales agreements, registration of the sale and delivery of the property to the end-user or its continued management.

Yoav has gained extensive experience in representing transactions under the Capital Investment Encouragement Law, 1959 on a large scale. In 2021, Yoav represented about 35% of the private transactions (which are not REIT) for the purchase of large-scale housing clusters that were in Israel that year.

Yoav accompanies and advises companies on an ongoing basis on the provision of building management services, and among other things represents in negotiations for the signing of the various management agreements, handling connections with the owners of the building units, the condominium association, and various property holders, representation against external service providers, representation in disputes within the condominium and more.

In addition, Yoav has extensive experience in accompanying and advising commercial and private entities during their ongoing business, including advising on various commercial relationships, managing corporate affairs, employee issues, establishing and dissolving the various corporations, and so on.

Yoav regularly advises nonprofits and provides them with a full legal envelope as needed.

In addition, Yoav is experienced in litigation on a variety of issues, including real estate disputes, shareholder disputes, defamation claims, copyright infringements, and various financial claims.

Yoav is married to Adi, father to Uri, Maya, and Alma, and a proud grandfather of a Syrian hamster. Plays around with swimming, jogging, and cycling, he loves to play the Gibson Les Paul, an avid fan of snowboarding, baking, and Star Wars.
