Hake is one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the securities law field and handles public offerings of leading companies in the Israeli capital market, as well as in capital markets in Europe and in the United States. In addition, Adv. Hake provides continuous legal-business consulting to commercial companies, including during merger and acquisition transactions, and possesses widespread working relationships with regulatory authorities and investment banks, in Israel and abroad.

Adv. Hake advises private companies from the early stages of deciding to transform into a public company, through capital raising and securities registration for trade; provides consulting through the establishment of companies, partnerships and venture capital funds; represents clients before regulatory authorities, among them, are the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), and the Israel Antitrust Authority; and handles complex transactions, including merger and acquisition transactions and the purchase of controlling interest in public companies.
