Assaf is one of the leading lawyers in Israel in the field of class actions who has gained extensive experience in representing class actions in a variety of areas, including in the areas of consumerism, insurance, environmental securities and antitrust. Assaf began his activities in the class action field during his pre-internship in 2000 and since then handled hundreds of class actions.

Assaf specializes in managing corporate and securities litigation, shareholder disputes, and specializes in bond trusteeship.

Assaf also advises companies that are in insolvency proceedings or companies that are exposed to insolvency proceedings by other entities.

In addition, Assaf has a wealth of experience in the field of consumerism and advises his clients in this area too.

Prior to founding the firm, Asaf worked for 16 years, including 8 years as a partner in the corporate, administrative and class action litigation department at Goldfarb Seligman & Co.

Assaf is married to Hagit, father to Daniel, Jonathan and Ilya, is a music addict, amateur chef, a CrossFit athlete, a basketball freak and a fan of Hapoel Tel Aviv.
