Avi Dushnik has the expertise and extensive experience in commercial law and Capital Markets, corporate governance, corporate and securities law. For many years, Avi has served on a regular basis as an external legal advisor to a large number of public companies, advising directors on corporate governance and regulation, advising directors and their various committees, drafting immediate and periodic reports, enforcement procedures, remuneration policies, dividend policies, issuing legal opinions and ongoing consulting pertaining to multiple issues of corporate law.
In addition, Avi has extensive experience in leading initial and secondary public offerings (IPOs) and institutional private offerings, including foreign corporate bond issues; representing underwriters to public issuance companies; consulting in complex ownership transactions; representing complex financing agreements with institutional and banking entities; representation in acquisition of public and private companies; representation in investment transactions; representation in incorporating activity into a public shell company; executing partial or full purchase offers and debt swapping; supporting public companies in debt settlements with bondholders; representing trustees in debt settlements with public companies; representation in shareholder disputes in public and private companies; ongoing work with the Israel Securities Authority and Tel Aviv Stock exchange (TASE) staff. In addition, supporting investors and companies in the fields of technology, energy and infrastructure, industry and more regarding investment agreements and joint ventures.
Prior to founding the firm, Avi worked for 15 years at Goldfarb Seligman & Co., about 10 years as a partner.
Avi is a typical urban creature, a favorite customer of Wolt and can navigate Netflix, lives in Tel Aviv with Shira and their three (stunning) children Mia, Daria, and Nadav. Declares himself to be a cycling fan (in Israel and abroad), a swimming enthusiast (at sea and in the pool) and also jogging (but very rarely) … In fact, he is a lover of restaurants, movies, and shows.
